Agenda

Grads and Undergrads alike are invited to attend. For our 40th Anniversary, Brothers are welcome to invite their families and guests as well. There are no age restrictions for any event, and a cash bar will be available for those ages 21+.

Brothers making regular donations through the 1848 Club will be eligible for a discount on Grad Weekend programming. Sign up here any time before Grad Weekend to qualify.

  • 9:00am - 10:00am - Local Community Service Park Cleanup Event @ Barker Park
  • 10:30am - 12:30pm - Formal Chapter Meeting @ The Chapter House
    • For undergraduates and graduate brothers in attendance only.
    • Dress Code: Shorts, sneakers, and sandals are not permitted.
  • 12:30pm - 1:30pm - Lunch @ The Chapter House
    • Guests Welcome
  • 1:30pm - 2:30pm - Year In Review Annual Meeting and House Corporation Director Elections @ The Chapter House
  • 3:00pm - 6:00pm - Pre-Dinner Social Event @ The Ruck
    • You must buy tickets for Pig Dinner to attend.
  • 6:30pm - Frank A.N. Norris Pig Dinner @ The Chapter House
    • Dress Code: Semi-Formal/Suit-and-Tie.
    • Dinner will be provided.
    • It will include a Pig.

Lodging & Transportation Information

All events will be taking place in Downtown Troy near the Chapter House. Please plan your lodging and transportation accordingly.

A sober driver phone number will be sent out by email. Please save this number and use it if you need a safe ride around the Troy area during this weekend.

We have secured room blocks at three local area hotels.

The Chapter House

We were happy for the opportunity to have Graduate Brothers stay at the Chapter House last year. This year, due to increasing undergraduate membership and the strong growth of the chapter, we will no longer have rooms available.
