Graduate Weekend 2023 will take place from October 20th thru the 22th! Please join us for the Frank A.M. Norris Pig Dinner and a bunch of other events throughout the weekend.

Graduate Weekend 2023 Agenda

Grads and Undergrads alike are invited to attend all events. There is no age restriction for any events, and a cash bar will be available for those ages 21+.

Friday, October 20

• Afternoon - Meet the Undergrads @ The Chapter House
• 7pm to 10pm - Friday Night Downtown @ Bootlegger’s on Broadway
  • Casual Dress Code. Dinner will be provided. Cash bar available for ages 21+.

Saturday, October 21

• 10am to 11:30am - Barker Park Cleanup Community Service Event @ Barker Park
  • Light Breakfast available for volunteers
• Afternoon - Year In Review Annual Meeting @ The Chapter House
• Afternoon - House Corporation Meeting @ The Chapter House
• 2:30pm to 6:30pm - Happy Hour @ The Ruck
  • Semi-Formal/Suit-and-Tie Dress Code (brothers will go directly to Pig Dinner afterwards). Hors d’Oeuvres be provided. Cash bar available for ages 21+.
• 6:30pm - Frank A.M. Norris Pig Dinner @ The Chapter House
  • Semi-Formal/Suit-and-Tie Dress Code.
  • Dinner will be provided.
  • It will include a Pig.

Sunday, October 22

• Morning - Board of Chapter Advisors Meeting @ The Chapter House
• 9am-11am - Until Next Year Farewell Breakfast @ The Chapter House

All events will be taking place in Downtown Troy near the Chapter House. Please plan your lodging and transportation accordingly.

Hotel: Courtyard Albany Troy/Waterfront

We have secured a roomblock at the Courtyard a short walk from the Chapter House at $239/night. Please check your email for details of how to book.

Hotel: Hilton Garden Inn Troy Hoosick Street

We have secured an additional roomblock at the Hilton Garden Inn at $159/night. Please check your email for details of how to book.

Transportation Information

Parking

Limited Parking is available on Church St (the alleyway behind the Chapter House). Municipal lots and garages are available for free during the weekends, see the Troy NY website for more details.

Street parking is also available, but is mosly subject to hour restrictions closest to the house.

Airports

House Corps may be looking into organizing carpools form Northeast regional airports as we are aware that flights to and from Albany may be limited.
