Every year RPI hosts its own Relay For Life, the largest philanthropic event on campus. This is a major event for a very important cause, but it is especially meaningful to our chapter. We lost one of our own to cancer last year and many of us have family and friends who are battling cancer. Recent graduate, Adam Gold (2010), was deeply involved with the event during his undergraduate career. Last year he was the head of the event committee and was responsible for the planning and execution of the event. His passion for the cause has resulted in significant involvement in the event committees from FIJI brothers over the last few years. This year we have 3 brothers serving as heads of committees. Service is one of our core values, and is something instilled in every FIJI. We appreciate any support our graduates can give as we work to give back to the community in meaningful ways. -Michael Tricanowicz '11
